Meditation Basics. A class designed to help you find the meditation technique that works for you. Marlita leads this class. We will discuss and experience a variety of simple, yet effective techniques that can increase your overall sense of well-being and reduce stress, as well as offering you the countless other benefits you may receive with regular meditation practice.
