Chakras, Stones & Energy Healing teaches the locations of the seven chakras, their functions and the colors associated with each of them. Learn about gemstones and how to use them to harmonize the seven chakras. Experience a chakra layout as well as a meditation to enhance the harmony of your energy system. This class will provide you with the basic tools to keep your energetic body running smoothly. Handouts & Chakra Stone Kit included in the cost of this workshop. Marlita and Elizabeth will teach this class.

Reiki I Certification Class in Champaign Urbana

Reiki I - Receive Reiki 1^st  degree.   Reiki is a beautiful "laying on of hands" healing art that harmonizes the body's energies. Reiki works on all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. 

              Anyone can learn Reiki regardless of health, age or belief.  All that is required to receive Reiki training is an open heart and a willingness to do so.  Reiki is passed from Master to student during an attunement process in levels or degrees, each building on the previous. Reiki Master Marlita will teach this Reiki I class. Pre-registration with payment, please, to reserve your space. 

Cost: $150, if pre-registered by February 5^th with payment. $175 if payment received later.

The Sole Experience…Foot Reflexology & Reiki with Marlita: Not a class, but an opportunity for you to pamper yourself. 

Do you have sore, aching feet? Have you been taking care of everybody BUT yourself? Take a little time out of your day to take care of you!

This special type of foot massage is available by appointment (recommended) or walk-in. Reiki Energy Healing Sessions also available.  Cost: $65 per hour; $35 per half hour; $20 per 15 minutes.
